flicker outside the house.

In morse code it read SOS.
There was a voice in his head

She was in love with him
they had two little girls.
He was a zealous man
he spoke of a certain world.

but their lives were broken
and her faith as well
as she cried out,

It seems to me we're never certain
until the point that we're hurting.
Last night he lay awake
as the fan was slowly slurring
a wind inside this cheap hotel.

Whispering "boy where will you run?

Behind the veil he looked for God.
One things for certain he is gone.
So he drove his car to the edge of town
in the glove box there sat an easy way out.
